It seems I only post when it is time to do jams! Oh my gosh, my tomato peach preserve is amazing. Great on toast, and on fish or chicken as a glaze. And it was an accident! (or would that be an act of grace?) The tomato jam wasnt' getting thick enough so I chopped up some peaches and nectarines and put them in...presto, great stuff!
